A lot of good games have came out this holiday season and more games will be coming out this new year and even those that aren't announced yet.

So, so far, what are the games that you want to get your hands on when they are released?

Mine-

Street Fighter IV- I'm still deciding if I'm going to get this for sure, but I really like the look of the collectors edition of this, with a animated movie and ryu figure to boot.

Resident Evil 5- Day one...

Favorite Mario Game.... Period.

Of all the Mario games, what is your one true favorite? It took me a long while to pick between two of my favs and when I think about it, I have to say that Super Mario Bros 3 is my favorite of them all, with Super Mario World coming in a close second.

I grew up with both of them, but just something about 3 that puts it over for me. Anyways, I'd take both of these over any of the newer ones, even Galaxy. Easily can make it into my top ten games since I can pop these games in or...

Weapons of Choice

Since there are so many different kinds of weapons throughout so many games, which kinds of weapons do you usually prefer to use or have in the games you play.

I'm usually one that likes to have close range combat, even in my RPGs so I tend to like using swords, blades more so than if I had a ranged weapon like guns or bows. But I do also love using a gun or weapon that shoots things out, especially in first person games, but even a sword can be good to use as in Morrowind and...

I just bought the game today and so far, all I can say is.....AWESOME. The combat is so damn cool. I love using the A button to whoop the shit out of the enemies and then finish them off by moving my Wiimote in a horizontal or vertical slash. The story and cutscenes are incredibly weird, but in a good way. lol It just fits with everything. Like Saving.. you sit on a toilet when you save. lol Its pretty damn crazy/cool throughout a lot of things. Throughout the game, each target on your map...

PS3 or Wii?

List all the games/series you wished or would have liked to play, that you seem to have past on for some reason.
For me, its:

Dragon Warrior- I've always wanted to get into these games, but they are already up there in numbers like FF, I hate starting at such a late number.

Jak series- I played the first Jak and Dexter game, but never played the other ones which really looked fun to play. Maybe one day.

Ratchet and Clank- played some of the first one,...

Has anyone seen or played this game yet? It just came out for the Wii awhile ago and I was wondering if it is worth getting. I used to be a huge Resident Evil nut back in the day, but have kinda not been for awhile now, but I'm kinda interested in this game since it goes through all the old events from the old games even though its not a traditional RE game. Let me know.

so i just played guitar hero (the third one) the other day over at a friends house. a couple days after we got together again, and we ended up playing for about 5 hours straight.

i can't believe i've never played this before.

but anyways, i loved it so much that last night i went out and got a copy for 360 along with one of those guitar controllers; which looks sweet, by the way, especially with my clever sticker design....

Has anyone else playing this new skateboarding game from EA? I have and imo, it kicks ass. The gameplay feels so real. Its not as insane with the 1080s you can do in Tony Hawk, but its realistic and well executed controls make it a blast to play. I just rented the game, but I'm definately thinking of buying it sometime.

New game for 360. Came out and had reviews with 10s. Also I've heard from a lot of people that it does indeed "kick ass." Has anyone played it yet or seen someone play it? It takes place undersea in an abandoned city.

I wanna get Sonic Rush Adventure (already out), Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, The (October 1), and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations (October 23). I'm a little tight on money. Food is more important. haha

Any good games I've missed? Boy, back in 2005 there was one great release after another. I miss those days.

Gears of War [PC]

So they are coming out with a PC version. Its supposed to have new levels and even some new fights [like that big monster you see in the game, but never got to fight.] I'm not much of a PC gamer, but this really makes me want to get it. Hopefully they release this stuff on live or something, because I really wanted to fight that monster.
